    Osteopathy

    Osteopathy is for Everyone
Osteopathy is a safe, effective, and patient-centered form of manual therapy that works with your body’s natural ability to restore balance and maintain optimal health. It’s based on the core principle that the body’s structure and function are interconnected—every system must work together to support overall well-being.

Using skilled palpation and a range of hands-on techniques, osteopathic manual practitioners help reduce tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural ability to self-regulate. This approach doesn’t just address areas of physical discomfort—it also considers how different systems in the body influence each other.

Osteopathy is available for everyone—people of all ages and stages of life. Whether you're seeking preventative care, dealing with chronic discomfort, or recovering from an injury, osteopathy offers a gentle and effective approach to whole-body health.

    Registered Massage Therapy

Felicia’s approach to massage therapy is holistic, intentional, and focused on uncovering the deeper layers of dysfunction. While this is a Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) service, it does not involve traditional oil-based relaxation massage. Instead, treatments often include orthopedic and sensorial assessment, hands-on techniques, movement, and a personalized home care exercise plan to support progress between sessions.

This style of massage offers a broader perspective than symptom-based treatment alone. For example, if someone presents with chronic neck pain, contributing factors like desk work, past injuries (such as a car accident), or scar tissue may all be considered as part of the picture. While symptoms matter, treatment also takes into account the bigger picture—your unique story, lifestyle, and history—to guide a more thoughtful and personalized approach.

Each session is shaped by what the client needs in the moment. Some days may call for more focused structural work; others may lean into rest and nervous system regulation.
